Captain for a Day!
“Abaco-Directory’s Captain for a Day” Rental Boat promotion Rules and Guidelines:
1. Just send in the on-line registration with the form provided on Abaco-Directory.com and you’ll be entered in
the promotional contest
2. The drawing will only be applicable to the boat rental business who have chosen to participate in the current
contest period. Participating locations for this Promotional Period are:
participating locations during the middle of February, 2010.
4. The Winner will be required to reserve the boat in their name and be fully responsible and liable for the use
and care of the boat cart as outlined in any Agreement and Terms and Conditions as required by the specific boat
rental business.
5. The Winner may not redeem the free boat rental for the cash value of the rental by choosing not to make
use of any of the free day.
6. The Abaco-Directory Captain for a Day promotional contest Entry Form information may be used to send
out information on future specials regarding boat rentals but not for any other purposes
7. The name (First initial, Last name and home State, Country) of the Winner will be announced on Abaco-
Directory.com.
8. The Winner may be required to show a picture id (such as a valid driver’s license) at time of the actual day
of rental boat pick up to validate identity
9. The Winner must be the person responsible for and using the boat and must be at least 21 years of age at
the time of use
10. Promotion is not intended for residents of Abaco
11. The Winner may not transfer the Prize to another person
12. Promotion may be withdrawn at any time without notice
13. Abaco-Directory will not be expected to pick a Winner for any rental boat rental business who is for any
reason unable to fulfill their offer for the free rental boat usage. Abaco-Directory is not obligated to provide the
boat use for any chosen Winner where the boat rental business is not able to fulfill their offer to provide the free
use of their boat.
14. The Prize for this Promotional Period’s Winner must be redeemed starting between March 1, 2010 and
May 31, 2010.
15. Boat usage will be for one full day day subject to availability
16. Winner is responsible for all fuel and oil and any/all damages as per the rental boat business Rental
Agreement
