Three-for-Free Golf Cart
“Abaco-Directory’s Three-Days-for-Free” Golf Cart promotion Rules and Guidelines:
1. Just send in the on-line registration with the form provided on Abaco-Directory.com and you’ll be entered in
the drawing.
2. The drawing will only be applicable to the golf cart rental business who have chosen to participate in the
current contest period. There will only be one golf cart rental business participating for each Abaco location (such
as Treasure Cay, Green Turtle Cay, Elbow Cay/Hope Town, Guana Cay, etc). Participating locations for this
Promotional Period are:
participating locations during the first week of February, 2010.
4. The Winner will be required to reserve the golf cart in their name and be fully responsible and liable for the
use and care of the golf cart as outlined in any Agreement and Terms and Conditions as required by the golf cart
rental company
5. The Winner may not redeem the free golf cart rental for the cash value of the rental by choosing not to
make use of any of the free days
6. The “Abaco-Directory Three-Days-for-Free Golf Cart Contest” Entry Form information may be used to send
out information on future specials regarding golf cart rentals but not for any other purposes
7. The name (First initial, Last name and home State, Country) of the Winner will be announced on the
website in our Good News Section.
8. The Winner will be required to show a picture id (such as a valid driver’s license) at time of the actual day of
golf cart pick up
9. The Winner must be the person using the golf cart and must be at least 21 years of age at the time of use
10. Promotion is not intended for residents of Abaco
11. The Winner may not transfer the Prize
12. Promotion may be withdrawn at any time without notice
13. Abaco-Directory will not be expected to pick a Winner for any golf cart rental business who is for any
reason unable to fulfill their offer for the free golf cart usage. Abaco-Directory is not obligated to provide the golf
cart use for any chosen Winner where the golf cart rental business is not able to fulfill their offer to provide the free
use of their golf cart.
14. The Prize for this Promotional Period’s Winner must be redeemed starting between March 1, 2010 and
May 31, 2010.
15. Cart usage will be for 3 consecutive days subject to availability
